Dear colleagues!

I am Oleksandr Andrushchenko, a specialist of audiology from Kyiv from Ukraine. Like you, I helped people with hearing problems to fully hear the world around them. But on February 24, 2022, Russia attacked Ukraine, began shelling and occupying our territories. I was forced to leave my peaceful work, become a soldier and defend my Motherland. Now I am a soldier, a signalman of the Ukrainian army.

My country is having a hard time right now. Ukraine is a peaceful democratic country and has never intended to fight. We did not even imagine that in the 21st century we would become an object of aggression in the center of Europe. Therefore, it is very difficult for us now and we lack everything for defense: there are not enough weapons, not enough transport, not enough ammunition, not enough equipment. Our soldiers and civilians die every day. Our country survives thanks to the help of democratic countries of the world.

Now I, your colleague, am asking for your help! During the war, equipment quickly breaks down, it does not have time to be repaired or replaced. Therefore, I am asking you to join the fundraising for the purchase and equipment of a car for the communication unit! The total campaign budget is $6,000. The car to be purchased is a SUV.
